5" didi - 1 layer of sponge cut in half (Serves approximately 6-8) 

6" didi- 2 layers of sponge cut in half  (Serves approximately 10 - 12)

5" Short - 2 layers of thick sponge (Serves approximately (10-12)

6" Short - 2 layers of thick sponge (Serves approximately 15)

Once collected all cakes must be stored in the fridge & consumed within 3-4 days of collection
