• ALLERGIES

    All cakes and treats are made in a home bakery which means we donot cater for any allergies or special dietary requirements. Our cakes are made in a kitchen that stores NUTS, EGGS, GLUTEN, DAIRY, SOY and all other allergens. Some of our sprinkles also contain fish gelatine.

    Although ingredients such as nuts can be removed from cakes i cannot guarantee there are no traces of nuts in any of my baked goods. If you are purchasing a product from us to gift to someone it is your responsibility to check allergy information before placing your order.

    I do not currently make gluten free, egg free or dairy free cakes

  • COLLECTION TIMES

    Collection is from N1 1XZ - the full collection address will beprovided the week your order is due to be collected. Please make sure you select a date and collection time that suits you. Collection times are non negotiable. If you do not collect within 15 minutes of your collection time your order may be cancelled with no refund or you will have to collect on the next available time slot.  If a date or time is not available on the calendar this means that
    the date / time is not available 

  • SPECIAL EVENTS

    On special occasions such as mothers day, fathers day, easter, Halloween, Christmas etc, there is usually a very high demand for treats from us.

    When you place your order you will have a choice of collection times. Please select the time that suits you as there will be no one around out of these collection times.

    If you fail to collect within the time frame agreed you will not be able to collect your order until the following collection date and time available. This might be after the event so please make sure you arrive on time.

    Once you leave with your baked goods it is your responsibility to store and travel with them using the cake care guide sent out before collection. If any damages occur once you leave us we cannot be held responsible.

  • REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS

    All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you are able to carry your deposit or payment to a new date within 3 months of your original booking subject to availability. If for any reason I need to cancel the booking for situations out of my control for example, ill health, fire, power cut etc I will refund the full amount back to you 

  • BESPOKE CELEBRATION CAKES

    All bespoke celebration cake enquiries must go through the enquiry form on the website.

    All orders placed through the SHOP COLLECTION section come as advertised and cannot be made bespoke with additional decorations as sometimes there may be other costs that need to be added on.

    Once you have filled out the bespoke enquiry form I will then be in touch within 72 hours to discuss the cake design with you

  • STORING YOUR CAKE

    All celebration cakes must be stored in the fridge. Once cut,wrap in cling film and keep it in the fridge and consume within 3-4 days. 

    Remove your cake from the fridge 30 minutes before cutting

    Treatboxes, Cupcakes, Sheet cakes, Biscuits, Bento cakes should all be kept in the box they come in at room temperature (unless stated otherwise)

    Cakesicles should be kept in the box they come in and stored in the fridge

  • TRAVELLING WITH YOUR CAKES

    Before you collect your order, cake care information will be sent advising you on how to travel and store your order.

    When collecting your cakes make sure you hold all boxes from the bottom of the box and not at the sides.

    On the way to collect your cake i would advise you put your air con on so that your car is very cool. All orders should be placed in the passenger footwell or in the boot DO NOT place any orders on seats or laps. 

    Once you leave with your order i cannot be held responsible for any damages caused.
